Jurakudai, the signature sake of Sasaki Sake Brewery Brewery, the only brewery in the central Kyoto area, is a fine sake brewed with Ginmei water, which is said to have been used by Sen no Rikyu in the tea ceremony. It is a pure rice ginjo sake with a mellow mouthfeel and a crisp finish.
